The shipping costs within the Netherlands amount to €9.95. Orders of €75 or more qualify for free shipping.
All our Board Racks are handmade. If your ordered product is no longer in stock, we will craft it for you in Mosi's workshop. Please allow for an additional 2 to 3 days of delivery time.
Once you have placed an order, we aim to ship your order within 24-48 hours. All orders are shipped via DHL. In general, domestic orders are typically received 1-2 days after you receive your tracking number.
We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your package is packed and shipped. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, it may take some time before you can track your package. Once DHL has processed your package, you will be able to see its status.
