All our Board Racks are handmade. In case of delay, it's likely that your board rack needs to be custom-made upon request, causing the delay. But don't worry, your Board Rack will come your way!
While we have accounted for additional delivery time in the table, unexpected situations may arise at times. Therefore, no rights can be derived from the table displayed above.
We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your package is packed and shipped. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, it may take some time before you can track your package. Once UPS/DHL has processed your package, you will be able to see its status.
